Quick Note

At Evie’s, I primarily use non-toxic cleaning products—because you, your family, and fur babies deserve to eat, sleep, and breathe in a safe, healthy environment. A clean home should not come with chemical exposure. 

The solutions I use are effective to disinfect and clean, reflecting my commitment to sustainability.

However, although these solutions are designed for residential use—in some cases, particularly with stubborn stains or buildup, stronger cleaning agents may be necessary to achieve the best looking results. If you prefer that I use only non-toxic products under all circumstances, I’m happy to do so. Keeping in mind that results may differ compared to stronger cleaning agents.

Office

After the workday is done, or about to begin, no one likes those office-wide cleanup rotations.

What’s Included in a Standard Office Cleaning:

  Common Areas & Workspaces:

Dusting desks, shelves, light fixtures, and surfaces

Wiping down workstations, tables, and chairs

Vacuuming carpets and rugs

Sweeping and mopping hard floors

Disinfecting high-touch areas (light switches, door handles, etc.)

 

  Desks & Equipment (By Request):

Gentle wiping of computer monitors, keyboards, and phones

Cleaning around cords and electronics with care

 

   Kitchenette / Break Room:

Cleaning countertops and surfaces

Wiping down cabinets and appliance exteriors (microwave, fridge, etc.)

Cleaning of dishes and/or loading the dishwasher (if available)

Sanitizing sink and faucet

Taking out trash and recycling

 

  Restrooms:

Disinfecting toilets, sinks, counters, and mirrors

Refilling paper products and soap (if provided)

Emptying trash and restocking supplies (if provided)

Mopping floors with disinfectant solution

 

  Trash & Recycling:

Emptying bins and replacing liners in all areas

Residential

Nothing is better than coming home to a tidy, fresh home. You will have time put your feet up and wind down at the end of your day. Whether you need a one-time refresh or regular upkeep. 

 

What’s Included in a Standard Residential Cleaning:

Kitchen:

Wiping down countertops, cabinets, and backsplash

Cleaning the exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)

Sanitizing sinks and cleaning faucets

Taking out trash and compost, if applicable

 

Bathrooms:

Disinfecting toilets, tubs, and showers

Cleaning sinks, countertops, and mirrors

Wiping down cabinets and fixtures

Emptying trash and replacing liners

 

Bedrooms & Living Areas:

Making beds and straightening up spaces

Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces

Removing trash and replacing liners

Dusting of all surfaces, including shelves, baseboards, picture frames, and décor

Wiping down furniture, light switches, and doors

Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture

Sweeping and mopping hard floors

 

Optional Add-Ons (by request):

Inside refrigerator or oven cleaning

Interior windows
Laundry assistance (collecting sprawled clothes or bedding, folding or starting up a load for washing)
